Pages describing engagements are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written quote or statement of work covering scope, fees, and schedule.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain owned by Panel Bloombase or our licensors until delivered artefacts are assigned under your statement of work. Client data and stock extracts you provide remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to perform the engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, scrape content for resale, or submit false contact details. We may refuse or end communications that abuse staff or misrepresent your authority to share facility data.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Panel Bloombase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law forbids limitation (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates guidance and engagement descriptions current. Errors may occur; confirm details in writing before relying on them for procurement decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
