Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers paid engagements with Panel Bloombase for inventory movement analysis, aging briefs, replenishment mapping, and monthly briefings. It does not cover retail products or online checkout — we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Panel Bloombase for professional engagements described on this site, subject to the conditions below and your statement of work.
Deposits
Quotes may require a deposit to reserve site-walk dates. Deposits are credited toward the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable once the first on-site walk has started or once substantial preparatory analysis has begun after you released stock extracts, whichever comes first.
Full refund
If we cancel an engagement before any site work or preparatory analysis for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement.
Partial refund
If you cancel after work has started, we refund the unused portion after deducting fees for completed stages (briefing, site walk days already delivered, draft maps already shared). Materials already purchased specifically for your engagement with your written approval are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Completed site-walk days, delivered dashboard panels and written briefs, and monthly briefing periods already rendered are non-refundable. Third-party costs approved by you in writing are non-refundable once incurred.
Timeframe to request
Send refund requests within 14 days of the cancellation decision or invoice dispute, to info@panel-bloombase.click, with your quote reference and reason.
Process and timing
We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a site walk once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice and a mutually available date exists within 30 days. Shorter notice may incur a reschedule fee stated in your quote. No-shows on confirmed walk dates without notice are charged as a delivered site day.
Work already started
Once extracts are under analysis or a walk is underway, cancellation converts to partial refund rules above. We can pause work by written agreement; retainers for monthly briefings pause only at period boundaries.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under Hong Kong law remain unaffected. Force majeure that permanently prevents delivery may result in a pro-rata refund of undelivered stages.
