Data we collect
From contact forms and email: name, email address, optional engagement interest, site count, and message content. From cookies: essential storage for consent preference and, if you accept analytics, aggregated visit statistics. During engagements we may process business contact details of your staff and operational records you supply; those records are processed under your instructions as client.
Purposes and legal bases
We use inquiry data to respond to requests and prepare quotes (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). We use engagement data to deliver services (contract). We use essential cookies to remember cookie choices (legitimate interests). Analytics cookies run only with consent.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active quote or dispute. Engagement records follow the retention stated in your statement of work, typically up to seven years for accounting. Cookie consent preference remains until you clear storage or change your choice.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality duties. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Hong Kong law.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we seek appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections and will tell you when a transfer is material to your engagement.
