About
Analysts who still walk the cold room
Panel Bloombase grew from floor-side inventory work with Hong Kong food wholesalers who were tired of charts that never matched the hold bay.
Why we exist
Food distributors here move chilled seafood at dawn, ambient dry goods through the afternoon, and catering drops after market close. Spreadsheets catch fragments of that rhythm. We translate inbound, aging, and outbound facts into panels warehouse and purchasing leads will actually open.
We are not a warehouse software vendor. We deliver inventory movement analysis and food distribution dashboards as a human engagement: site walks, clear maps, and handover with your people.
How we work
Every review begins with access rules you set. We shadow receiving and pick only where you allow, reconcile extracts with what we see on the pallet, and refuse to invent precision the records cannot support. Values we keep visible: floor honesty, short written briefs, and respect for busy dock windows.
Where we sit
Our office is at New Tech Plaza, San Po Kong, Hong Kong — close enough to reach wholesale districts and second depots across the territory without turning every visit into a travel project.
People you will meet
Lead analyst — runs the site walk, owns the movement map, and presents the final panel to your warehouse and purchasing contacts.
Briefing associate — prepares aging extracts, checks lot naming across sites, and supports monthly briefing retainers.
Credentials in this field are practical: years spent beside Hong Kong cold stores and ambient houses matter more than a slide about methodology. We share references on request during quoting.
